MARSHALL REDDICK, PhD

Founder, Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network

In 1979 Marshall Reddick launched his vision to help middle-class individuals become informed and successful real estate investors. By providing outstanding, affordable training seminars and resources, he desired to motivate people past their fears to purchase quality rental properties in growth markets throughout the U.S. Since then, the Network he founded has enabled more than 50,000 people to buy property and join the ranks of those who have discovered real estate as a means to financial freedom. 

Dr. Reddick has a PhD in Business and was a professor of Marketing for nearly 30 years at California State University, Los Angeles. He also founded the school’s Entrepreneurship Program and chaired its Real Estate Continuing Education Program for 20 years. Since 1978, the year he purchased his first of many rental properties, Dr. Reddick has taught thousands of real estate seminars through colleges and universities in California. He has also established numerous real estate clubs throughout the West Coast from San Diego up to San Francisco.

A licensed real estate broker, Dr. Reddick has taught courses for the National Homebuilders’ Association and the California Department of Real Estate. He was a regular contributor to a real estate investment magazine, Creative Real Estate and has mentored thousands of individuals on their real estate purchases.

Regarded as one of the top real estate speakers in the country, Dr. Reddick is a long-time member of the National Speakers Association and possesses the coveted CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation, which is awarded to only 300 speakers out of 3,500 worldwide members.

Ross Nelson

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Mr. Nelson is responsible for managing the investment groups, brokerages, and real estate service relationships as well as overseeing investor transactions. He acquired his first investment property at age 23 and many since. Mr. Nelson also has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2009.

Prior to joining MRREN, he Co-Founded Krochet Kids International, a 501(c)(3) organization founded to empower people to rise above poverty by creating sustainable economic development programs that support holistic growth of individuals and communities within developing nations. Mr. Nelson also serves as Yacht Racing Council on the Skipper Board for Newport Harbor Yacht Club and received bachelor degrees in Business Marketing and Kinesiology from Vanguard University.

Scott Pastel

Director of Marketing

With over 8 years of experience with the Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network, Scott Pastel has been able to help thousands of real estate investors accomplish their goals and develop winning strategies no matter the circumstances. He has successfully coordinated over 200 live workshops and educational seminars on topics ranging from buying tax lien certificates to purchasing homes with as little money down as possible.

Mr. Pastel is known for devoting his knowledge and resources to each investor he counsels, and making it his duty to be there every step of the way. After obtaining his real estate license, he went on to teach several college courses through local community colleges in Southern California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing which he acquired from Chapman University. He is currently working on obtaining his MBA in Entrepreneurship from Cal State Fullerton. His success in his own personal real estate investments is mirrored with each investor he helps.
