In 1979, Dr. Marshall E. Reddick, Professor of Business Marketing at California State University, Los Angeles became the Director of Real Estate Continuing Education, and began to conduct weekend real estate seminars throughout California for adults through the various colleges and universities on how to purchase real estate.
Finding that education alone was not enough to motivate his students to buy, he began to find excellent properties in great locations and reliable Realtors, Lenders, Property Managers, and Contractors to help with the purchase. In 1989 he began to find it was becoming impossible to obtain positive cash flows in Southern California, so he began providing free tours to many out-of-state. This began the first turnkey real estate network in the U.S. Today with the power of the internet we have spread nationwide and give our members the ability to purchase real estate never leaving the comfort of their home. We are the largest network of its kind, with more success stories and years experience than any other Network in the country.
